• Mark a day as not tracked: a day where you ate normally but have no reliable numbers no longer reads like a forgotten day. It gets its own chip on Home, stays out of averages, trends, the weight forecast and adaptive goals, and stops the streak reminder. You can still leave a rough calorie figure for your own record. The diary export is now 1.6 so the flag survives a round trip, on Android and in the browser
• Changing an amount now moves the numbers with it: correcting the weight on a logged food used to leave calories and macros untouched whenever the food had no serving of its own. It now scales, whichever way the food was logged. If you want to set the numbers yourself instead, unlock them next to the nutrition section and the amount leaves them alone while you edit
• Sodium and other micronutrients go past 999.9: the manual-entry fields now take up to 9999.9, typed or on the wheel, so a high-sodium fast food is one entry instead of two
• Typed micronutrients save: typing a value on the numpad and tapping Save on the food sheet used to drop the number unless you flipped back to the wheel first. It now saves what you typed
• Relogging a saved meal uses the current meal slot: opening a recent or favourite from last night no longer starts the review on Evening when you log it in the morning. The slot follows the time you are logging, and you can still change it. With meal suggestions by time of day turned off, the saved slot is kept
• Meal planning rows read like ordinary rows: planned entries show the Planned label next to the time, and Log now is a check on the row plus an action on the edit sheet. The calorie arc and the macro bars show planned amounts as a fainter fill underneath what you have already eaten
• Open Food Facts results use the product's own serving: picking a packaged food opens the review on the serving the product lists. When it lists none, the amount stays in grams instead of being shown as a made-up 100 g serving
• Meal type sits under the food name on more sheets: editing a favourite and adding a food by hand now put meal type straight after the name, then serving, matching the review and edit sheets
• Goal pickers go past the wheels with a numpad: tapping the picked value opens a numpad, so an exact or off-grid amount is a few taps instead of a long spin. Unusually high values ask for a confirmation. The separate custom-value field is gone
• Every settings wheel sheet has a Cancel: the sheets open on the saved value and nothing changes until Save. Cancel, a scrim tap, or back leaves the stored value in place
• Coach confirmation replies use your language: after you accept or dismiss a food, weight, or water log from the coach, the follow-up line is translated instead of staying English
• Progress sections collapse and charts read exact values: the header of every Progress card folds its content away and each card remembers its state when you leave the tab. Tap a weight, body fat, measurement or calorie chart and a tag pins the date and value at that point; tap the same spot again to dismiss it
• Undo for a day-type switch: switching a day between Training and Rest shows an Undo chip, and one tap brings back the day type you switched from with its targets
• Your place survives a share or a shortcut: sharing a photo into the app or starting a shortcut used to drop the screen you were on. It is saved and comes back when you tap its tab, and a coach deep link with the coach tab hidden now lands on Home with a working back button
• Progress shows the update check again: the app checks once per start for a newer release and flags it on the About tab badge. One anonymous request for the latest release tag, compared on the phone. The About row opens the releases page, which also carries direct APK downloads
• The typed analyze prompt survives Cancel: closing the Type it out sheet keeps what you typed, so a stray dismiss no longer costs the whole description. Submitting clears it
• Analysis fixes: streamed answers no longer overwrite fields you already edited, the review sheet opens reliably after a scan, AI failures and coach replies show a localized message instead of raw provider text, and the review sheet lock plus the Add Food search gear meet the 48 dp touch target
